Recently there have been some reports of staff having problems adding attachments while using the Chrome Browser.  Current work around for this is "On the LOG IN PAGE" if you check mark use the light version of outlook web app  then log in, the color scheme will be different but you should be able to add attachments to emails still using the chrome browser.  (Attachments will only work in the light version currently)
